# E. Peterbus Unum

Episode 18 of Family Guy season 2 (S02E18), the 25th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Neil Goldman and Garrett Donovan and directed by Rob Renzetti. First broadcast on 12 July 2000.

## Story

Peter complains to the mayor about zoning near his house and learns that the property is missing from every map. He declares the house a separate country called Petoria. Nobody takes the new nation seriously, so he invades the United States and seizes Joe's pool, renaming it Joehio. Within days the American military surrounds Petoria with tanks and missiles. Peter negotiates a settlement, rejoins the United States and returns the pool. The whole affair turns out to have been filmed and is still shown in social studies lessons two centuries later.
