First broadcast on 27 April 2014. ## Story Peter, Quagmire and Joe hear a news item about a boy who died staying awake to play Halo, and bet on who can go longest without sleep. Joe drops out first and the security footage at Quagmire's house shows Peter the winner. Celebrating over a meal, Chris and Meg meet their classmate Pam and her father Jerome, and Pam kisses Chris. Jerome forbids the match, Peter accuses him of racism, and a dinner invitation makes matters worse. Chris and Pam run off to a motel. Meg finds their note, and Peter and Jerome search together; a police officer harasses Jerome, and Peter begins to understand. At the motel Peter argues that the races should stay apart, which prompts Jerome to relent and give the pair his blessing. ## Production and reception - Keke Palmer guest voices Pam, the classmate whom Chris begins seeing.
