First broadcast on 11 January 2015. ## Story Worried about her SAT, Meg flatters Brian into sitting it for her in disguise, and he scores 1,000 out of 2,400. Peter takes him to a demolition derby and to Orlando to show him the pleasures of a simpler life. After a heavy nosebleed and a collapse, Dr Hartman finds a benign brain tumour that has dulled Brian's mind. The family divides over surgery: Brian is content as he is, while Stewie wants his friend back and tries to tempt him with the opera and other refinements. Stewie gives up until Brian and Peter plan to breathe car exhaust in the garage, then tricks Brian into the operating theatre by promising him a second penis. Brian wakes restored and thanks Stewie sarcastically for the loss. ## Production and reception - The title plays on the film Our Idiot Brother.
