# Stewie's First Word

Episode 1 of Family Guy season 19 (S19E01), the 350th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Patrick Meighan and directed by Mike Kim. First broadcast on 27 September 2020.

## Story

A poor morning ends with Stewie refused a biscuit at church, where he shouts an obscenity and leaves Lois shunned by the town. Lois blames television, but Brian notes that Stewie only watches Caillou. She next suspects Peter, who has instead picked up polite language from Caillou's father. Realising the swearing is her own, Lois enters a rehabilitation centre and decides to accept herself. Peter meanwhile gets drunk and fires rocks at Stewie with the lawnmower. Stewie later speaks again for Lois, then privately admits to Brian that it was a ruse.
