Baby, It's Cold Inside

Episode 5 of Family Guy season 22 (S22E05), the 414th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Danny Smith and directed by Joseph Lee. First broadcast on 12 November 2023.

Story

Seamus lends Peter a boat for an anniversary dinner at sea. Peter mistakes a dolphin for a shark during a swim and abandons Lois in the water. To win her back he lets Quagmire stage a rescue, but the plan collapses and Lois ends up saving Peter from a real shark. She works out the deception and decides that she was always the stronger of the two. Meanwhile Stewie salvages a mini-fridge and turns his bedroom into a student hall, complete with a lodger and an invented university. The door is left open during a party, and Brian finds him frozen solid. The closing scene parodies the end of The Shining.
