Play Time

Episode 8 of Family Guy season 24 (S24E08), the 454th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Alex Carter and directed by John Holmquist. First broadcast on 15 March 2026.

Story

Lois stages three plays in one evening to save the Quahog Playhouse. In To Kill a Mockingbird, Peter's lawyer loses his defence of Cleveland's character, while Brian feuds with a real mockingbird. The Odd Couple pairs Quagmire's Felix with Peter's Oscar until the squalor separates them, and a badly built balcony gives way over the audience, which Joe treats as murderball recruitment. Hamlet ends with Lois cutting to the last scene. The playhouse is saved, but by the town legalising sex acts in theatres, not by the takings.
