About Nigel Pinchley
Nigel Pinchley is an Englishman who appears in the season 3 episode "One If by Clam, Two If by Sea". A hurricane flattens most of Quahog, leaving the Drunken Clam standing, and its owner sells the bar to Pinchley before moving to Florida. He makes it over as a stereotypical British pub, which drives Peter, Quagmire, Cleveland and Joe out. The pub burns down the following night, and the four men are blamed and jailed. Pinchley has a daughter, Eliza, whose Cockney accent Stewie sets out to correct as part of a wager with Brian. Lois, Bonnie and Loretta look into the fire and find that Pinchley had taken out a large sum of insurance money the day before it started. Lois draws a confession from him, and his insurance agent works out the rest. He is hanged in London, and Eliza is sent to an orphanage.
