The Munchurian Candidate

Episode 4 of Family Guy season 21 (S21E04), the 393rd Family Guy episode overall. Written by Mike Desilets and directed by Joe Vaux. First broadcast on 16 October 2022.

Story

Lois complains to her friends that Peter neglects her in bed, so a therapist hypnotises him, taking a television jingle as the trigger phrase. Lois uses it freely. The jingle then reaches Peter at Pewterschmidt Manor and humiliates both in front of her ailing mother. Stewie meanwhile has a treehouse built and learns that Brian and Chris only pretended to admire it. Their response to his refit as a man cave is no better, so he shoots both with a crossbow, then shoots himself.
