Story
Preston offers six weeks of leave to any employee who loses a pet. Peter tries to kill Brian, then takes in an eighty-year-old scarlet macaw and names him Gonzo. The bird speaks German and once belonged to Adolf Hitler. Brian self-publishes a book and finds the copy he signed for Stewie in a free library. Hurt, he gives up writing, until Stewie and Chris buy his sales up. Rabbi Goldstein helps establish that the macaw is Jewish; Gonzo then chokes on matzo and dies.
