Story
Quagmire admits he is seeing someone but hides her name, and a botched stakeout reveals her as Elle Hitler. Her habits win the group round, until it emerges that she has been unfaithful because Quagmire has never satisfied her. He gives up sex altogether before Peter restores his confidence, and a reunion leaves him with an aneurysm he survives. Meanwhile a near miss in a car park prompts Lois to put Stewie on a leash. Brian enjoys steering him about, then sees that he has become the sort of dog owner he despises. Stewie is run over moments after release.
