Story
Talked into auditioning for The Price is Right, Brian wins a boat and lets it go to his head. To prove he has a conscience he names it Row v. Wade and starts carrying women from Texas north for legal abortions. Meanwhile a version of the artist Banksy paints Peter's face while he lies in a drunken coma, and Peter takes work as a museum exhibit before agreeing to be auctioned. Lois defaces him, which the artist declares was the point, and Carter buys him anyway. Meg tells Brian he owes forty thousand dollars in tax on the boat. He considers collecting bounties on his passengers, then gives up the boat.
