Underage Peter

Story
After another bout of drunkenness from Peter, Mayor West raises the legal drinking age to 50. Brian's lifespan leaves him the only member of the household still old enough to drink under the new rule, so Peter has the dog buy his beer for him. The arrangement does not hold, and the two of them are sent to do community service for breaking the drinking law.
