Story
Quahog has declined since Mayor Adam West died, so Lois backs a librarian, Elle Hitler, for the job. Annoyed at the choice, Peter recruits West's cousin, a cowboy from a cigar advertisement named Wild West, voiced by Sam Elliott. West stands on nomination day. Lois objects that Peter picked a man, so Peter takes her to stay at West's moustache farm. The visit wins her over, but she calls out West's name in bed, and Peter tries to wreck his campaign. Trying to frame West for damaging the library, Peter sets it alight and traps Elle inside, and West levitates her out. West wins on a low turnout and closes with a song.
