About Ollie Williams
Ollie Williams presents the Blaccu-Weather forecast on Channel 5, the television station in Quahog. Phil LaMarr voices him. He is a Black American man who gives his bulletins loudly and at speed, and they seldom run beyond about three seconds. The character list attributes the style to alcoholism. Two occasions break the pattern. In one, he and Tom Tucker discuss his being caught in a rainstorm after his umbrella blew away. In "Lois Kills Stewie" he sums up the events of the previous episode, "Stewie Kills Lois". His first appearance is "Mr. Saturday Knight".
