Airport '07

Episode 12 of Family Guy season 5 (S05E12), the 92nd Family Guy episode overall. Written by Tom Devanney and directed by John Holmquist. First broadcast on 4 March 2007.

Story

After a redneck comedy show Peter buys a pickup truck and adopts the lifestyle that goes with it. A slogan painted across the rear window blocks his view and he reverses into Quagmire's car, so he has to drive Quagmire to the airport. There Peter drains the fuel from the aircraft Quagmire is due to fly, believing it will make the truck airborne, and the plane runs out of fuel and comes down. Quagmire loses his job, spends his savings and moves in with the Griffins. Peter, Joe and Cleveland plan to put him back in work by drugging the pilots of another flight, but Quagmire misses the plane and none of the three can fly it. Hugh Hefner restores his confidence in a bar, and he talks Peter through the landing from air traffic control.
