Story
Chris grows self-conscious about his weight and starts a diet. Peter suggests plastic surgery instead and ends up having the operation himself. Newly slim and good-looking, he enjoys the favourable treatment strangers give him and lets it change how he behaves. Lois objects on principle, yet finds herself drawn to his new look. Meanwhile Stewie overeats to mock Chris and becomes obese as a result.
