Story
A shop assistant spots a lump on Peter's neck, and Dr Hartman diagnoses an undeveloped twin lying under the skin. Once it is drawn out the twin can talk, and Peter names him Chip. The family take to him, but his appetite for life wears on Peter, and after Chip sleeps with Peter's boss Angela, Peter has Dr Hartman separate the two of them completely. The family insist Chip stay on, and Peter attempts to feed him to a dingo. Chip understands that he is not wanted and leaves. Peter then falls down the basement stairs and breaks his leg, and Chip comes back to splint it and drag him upstairs. The two make peace, and Chip floats away on a balloon to see the world.
