Hard Boiled Meg

Episode 15 of Family Guy season 20 (S20E15), the 384th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Mike Desilets and directed by Jerry Langford. First broadcast on 20 March 2022.

Story

Meg falls for a man named Seymour at the bowling alley, finds out that he is a thief and takes to driving for him. Quagmire, meanwhile, comes back from a virtual reality centre with hiccups that nobody can shift, and asks Peter to end his misery before a scratch from his cat does the job. Chris overhears the plan for a raid on a discount shop, and the police shoot Seymour as he tries to declare himself. Two cars collide, and Meg finds that her passenger was never there. Chris explains him as a hallucination, later put down to contaminated mustard. The whole thing turns out to be a simulation that the real Seymour has been playing.
