Season 10 · Episode 2 · First aired 2 October 2011
Seahorse Seashell Party
Episode 2 of Family Guy season 10 (S10E02), the 167th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Wellesley Wild and directed by Brian Iles. First broadcast on 2 October 2011.
Story
A hurricane bears down on Quahog. Brian takes magic mushrooms, hallucinates badly, cuts off his own ear and dreams of monstrous versions of the family, while Stewie sits with him through the night until he comes round. Downstairs the others play charades and other games, grow bored and turn on Meg. Meg answers back at last, telling Chris he has never taken her side, reminding Lois of her criminal past and saying she may cut contact once she is eighteen, and then rounding on Peter. The family attack one another and Peter runs upstairs in tears. Meg concludes that they cannot manage without someone to absorb their spite, and apologises to Peter, Lois and Chris. Stewie closes with a warning about drug use.
