Story
Peter and his friends set out to raise a Mercedes-Benz that has sunk offshore, and while in the water Peter meets an amiable dolphin called Billy and promises him a favour. Billy takes him up on it, moves to Quahog and installs himself with the Griffins, where he steadily wears out his welcome. Once Peter accepts that the dolphin is causing trouble at home, he tries to bring Billy back together with his former wife in the hope that he will return to the sea. Meanwhile Stewie starts at a pre-school whose teacher is incompetent but good looking, and Brian falls for her.
