Donna Tubbs-Brown

Donna Lou Retten Tubbs-Brown is the second wife of Cleveland Brown and stepmother to Cleveland Brown Jr. Sanaa Lathan voices her. She is forty-two, quick to anger, and works as secretary to the head teacher at Stoolbend High School. She and Cleveland knew each other at school, when she went by Tubbs, the name she kept on marrying him. Her two children, Roberta and Rallo, come from an earlier marriage to a man named Robert whose surname is given as Unknown, a joke the series returns to later. Donna was one of the leads of The Cleveland Show, and since "He's Bla-ack!" she has appeared in Family Guy as a recurring character, in the place once held by the late Loretta Brown.
