Chick Cancer

Episode 7 of Family Guy season 5 (S05E07), the 87th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild and directed by Pete Michels. First broadcast on 26 November 2006.

Story

Stewie learns that his old friend Olivia Fuller, a toddler actress, has lost her advertising work and is due to open a shop at the Quahog mall. He goes to mock her and falls for her instead. After watching Quagmire win a woman over by being rude to her, Stewie decides that unkindness is the route to Olivia's affections. The pair bond, quarrel constantly and end up married, with Rupert conducting the ceremony. The rowing carries on through a double date with Brian and Jillian. Returning to his playhouse to apologise, Stewie finds Olivia playing with her friend Victor, and burns the playhouse down with the two of them inside. Meanwhile Peter, moved by a chick flick, makes his own film, Steel Vaginas, which his friends dislike.

Production and reception
