Big Man on Hippocampus
Episode 10 of Family Guy season 8 (S08E10), the 136th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Brian Scully and directed by Dominic Bianchi. First broadcast on 3 January 2010.
Story
The Griffins audition for Family Feud and reach the final round. When Peter argues with host Richard Dawson over the prize money, Dawson shoves him into the podium and the blow wipes his memory. Lois reintroduces him to his life, including the children and their sex life, but Peter concludes he is single and free to sleep with other women. When he brings another woman to the marital bed, Lois moves the children into a cheap flat. Quagmire seizes the chance to pursue her. Brian goes home to warn Peter, who reveals that his memory came back when Ernie the Giant Chicken struck him on the head. Peter hurries to win Lois back, arriving as Quagmire's advances stall because guilt has left him impotent. Peter tells Lois he wants to spend his life with her, and they walk home together.
