Halloween on Spooner Street

Episode 4 of Family Guy season 9 (S09E04), the 151st Family Guy episode overall. Written by Andrew Goldberg and directed by Jerry Langford. First broadcast on 7 November 2010.

Story

Peter and Joe spend Halloween playing tricks on Quagmire, pelting him with eggs, having Joe seduce him in disguise and infecting him with a mosquito-borne illness. Riding along in Joe's police car, the three reach an old airfield with a Mitsubishi Zero on it, and Quagmire takes his revenge by flying them into a dive that stops just short of the harbour. Stewie, dressed as a duckling, has his sweets taken by three older boys and recruits Brian, who is painted pink for his trouble; Lois settles it by bullying the ringleader's mother into handing over sweets and money. Meg goes to Connie D'Amico's party, wins at spin the bottle and kisses a boy in a dark cupboard who turns out to be Chris in an Optimus Prime costume.
