Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington

A tobacco company, El Dorado, buys the Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory. Lois suspects the new owners of marketing cigarettes to children. Peter goes to challenge the management but is instead made company president, and the family is showered with perks. The board sends him to Washington to lobby against a new anti-smoking bill. Back home, Lois finds Stewie smoking and takes the family to Washington. As Peter prepares to address Congress he sees Stewie coughing, and instead urges the politicians to reject the company's proposal. They do, El Dorado is fined and the company goes bankrupt.
