Ready, Willing, and Disabled

Story
Joe chases a thief and fails to catch him, which leaves him low on confidence. Peter tries to restore his friend's self-belief by entering him in a decathlon for disabled competitors. When Joe still struggles in the events, Peter secretly spikes what he drinks, adding steroids. A money clip holding $26 sets Chris, Meg and Stewie against one another.
