Story
Peter and Lois help deliver the baby of Lois's sister, and the experience makes them want another child of their own. Stewie is determined to prevent a new sibling. He shrinks himself and sets out to destroy every sperm Peter has. Inside, he meets a sperm that is exactly like him, and the encounter makes him think again about his plan.
