Love, Blactually
Episode 1 of Family Guy season 7 (S07E01), the 111th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Mike Henry and directed by Cyndi Tang. First broadcast on 28 September 2008.
Story
Brian meets Carolyn, a fellow atheist, while buying The God Delusion, and the two start dating. Stewie tells him his relationships fail because he sleeps with women too soon, so Brian holds back. After three weeks Carolyn, thinking he only wants friendship, begins seeing Cleveland. Brian keeps stumbling on the pair together. Stewie tries to make amends by pushing Loretta, Cleveland's former wife, towards a reconciliation. Loretta, ashamed of her affair with Quagmire, arrives to beg forgiveness just as Cleveland announces plans to elope with Carolyn to Hawaii. Peter and Lois warn Cleveland off, while Brian pushes him back to Loretta for his own ends. Peter sends Quagmire to test Loretta, and she rebuffs him. Cleveland forgives her but decides they should both move on. He then finds Carolyn in bed with Quagmire, and he and Brian make up.
