Stew-Roids
Episode 13 of Family Guy season 7 (S07E13), the 123rd Family Guy episode overall. Written by Alec Sulkin and directed by Jerry Langford. First broadcast on 26 April 2009.
Story
At a barbecue hosted by Joe and Bonnie, their baby daughter Susie beats Stewie in a fight over a doll. Peter takes Stewie to the gym, where a trainer offers steroids, and Peter injects him. Stewie grows hugely muscular and aggressive, and bullies Brian. When the drugs wear off his skin hangs loose, and he escapes an angry Brian by gliding from his bedroom window. Meanwhile Connie D'Amico has run out of popular boys to date and picks Chris to raise her standing. She comes to like him, and his popularity at school soars. Chris turns shallow, snubs Meg and cheats on Connie with two other girls at a party. Connie is cast out and joins forces with Meg. They release a video of Chris dancing naked, which restores Connie's status and returns Chris to the bottom of the school order. He apologises to Meg.
