Baby Not on Board

Episode 4 of Family Guy season 7 (S07E04), the 114th Family Guy episode overall. Written by Mark Hentemann and directed by Julius Wu. First broadcast on 2 November 2008.

Story

After Peter threatens to sue the Quahog Mini-Mart over remarks by Chris, Carl gives him free petrol for a year. Peter uses the card freely until Lois proposes a trip to the Grand Canyon. They set off early and leave Stewie behind, realising only at the 11 September attack site in New York. Joe does not answer, so Cleveland and Quagmire are asked to check on him. Hearing nothing, Lois insists on going home. Peter causes a crash, spends their last money on curtain rings, and is blamed for everything. Brian finds them a lift in a pickup. At home Stewie enjoys his freedom, mistakes Cleveland and Quagmire for intruders, gases them and chains them in the basement facing the DirecTV help channel. When the food runs out he takes a McBurgertown job and is sacked. He realises how much he needs his family and welcomes them back.
